Competitions

Saturday competition is a great way to enjoy a round, meet other members and take part in friendly club competition.

Competitions are held each Saturday, with the clubhouse opening from 9.00 am and golfers teeing off from 10.00 am. Groups and tee times are arranged on the day, making it easy to join in.

Visitors are very welcome to enter. Players with a valid Golf ID can have their scores submitted to the Golf Australia Handicapping System.

Competition fees are $20.

Competition Schedule

Members and visitors have the opportunity to enjoy a range of golf events throughout the year, including Saturday competitions, club events and special tournaments.

For details of upcoming golf activities and competitions, please refer to the latest event schedule available in the clubhouse, on the Club’s Facebook page, or by contacting the Club.

Getting a handicap

A Golf Australia Handicap is the ticket to play golf competitions all around Australia.  The first step is to play 54 holes and have someone score your card.  These can be played as 9 or 18 hole rounds. After submitting your score cards, to the golf captain, you will be allocated a GA number and then your GA handicap.

Golf Carts

Golf carts are permitted on the course, and a limited number of carts are available for hire.

Members and visitors are reminded to take care when using carts, as there are no established cart paths. To help protect the course, carts must be kept at least 20 metres from greens, and soft or wet areas should be avoided.
